Job Description
Manage financial-sector construction projects from planning through completion. Oversee budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and project documentation. Conduct regular site visits to ensure quality, safety, and progress. Collaborate with clients, architects, engineers, and field teams. The Successful Applicant
Proven experience as a Project Manager in commercial construction. Track record delivering banking, financial, or healthcare projects. Strong knowledge of project budgeting, scheduling, and contract management. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Ability to lead teams and manage multiple project priorities simultaneously.
