Sales Representative

You're joining a $90M manufacturer with nearly 60 years of success that's actively expanding across the Southeast. This is a true hunter role with uncapped earnings, a strong base salary, and the opportunity to build and eventually own a book of business. Build relationships with prospective and existing customers to generate sales opportunities.

Identify customer needs and present relevant business services.

Manage sales conversations from initial outreach through closing.

Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified sales opportunities.

Prepare clear proposals and follow up with customers on next steps.

Track customer interactions and sales activity to maintain accurate records.

Work with Sales department colleagues to coordinate customer outreach.

Meet sales goals and contribute to revenue growth in Chicago.

A successful 'Sales Rep' should have:

Experience with sales outreach and customer relationship building.

Experience identifying customer needs and presenting relevant solutions.

Ability to manage sales opportunities through the full sales process.

Ability to prepare proposals and follow up on customer conversations.

Experience maintaining accurate sales activity and pipeline records.

Ability to work effectively with Sales department colleagues.

Salary of $100,000 to $150,000.
