Job Description
The Project Manager - Ground Up Commercial - Charlotte will be responsible for:
- Experience working on commercial construction projects.
- Support the planning, coordination, and execution of commercial construction projects.
- Collaborate with project stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes.
- Maintain high standards for safety, quality, and operational excellence.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and project team members.
- Monitor project progress and help address challenges proactively.
- Ensure work is completed in accordance with project specifications and schedules.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with clients and project partners.
- Contribute to a collaborative and results-oriented team environment.

The Successful Applicant
The Project Manager - Ground Up Commercial - Charlotte should have:
- 5+ years of construction Project Manager experience with a general contractor is required
- Experience on ground-up education, healthcare, and/or commercial construction projects is required
- Experience working on commercial construction projects.
- Strong understanding of construction processes, scheduling, and coordination.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Commitment to safety, quality, and project excellence.
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
