Project Superintendent
Lead daily on-site construction activities across assigned projects and maintain progress against project schedules. Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and field crews to complete work in the planned sequence. Review project drawings and specifications to guide site execution and address field questions. Monitor work quality and identify issues early so teams can complete corrections promptly. Maintain clear site records, including daily reports, progress updates, and project documentation. Coordinate material deliveries and site logistics to keep crews prepared for scheduled work. Communicate project status, site needs, and schedule updates with internal project teams. Travel nationally to manage construction activities at assigned project locations.

The successful applicant will have 4+ years' experience as a Project Superintendent, experience in retail construction (occupied environments, TI, and ground up), experience with complex, fast paced, and high visibility projects, and national travel is required for this position.
What's on offer includes a base salary upwards of $130k dependent on experience, per diem, travel reimbursement, project bonuses, and trips back home every two weeks.
