Construction Project Manager

Client is a top commercial construction general contractor with a mixed commercial construction portfolio.
Manage all phases of construction projects, from initiation to final completion. Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets. Coordinate with contractors, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure project alignment and success. Monitor project progress and address any issues to keep timelines on track. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards. Prepare and present regular project status reports to stakeholders. Negotiate contracts and manage vendor relationships effectively. Oversee on-site project activities and provide leadership to the construction team.

A successful Construction Project Manager should have: Experience with $20M+ projects. Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and regulations. Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines. Excellent communication and leadership skills. Experience with budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation. Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges. Proficiency in construction management software and tools.
Competitive salary ranging from $120,000 to $140,000. Permanent position with potential for growth. Additional benefits to be determined.
