Assistant Superintendent
Assist with daily field operations on multifamily construction projects valued between $10M-$40M. Coordinate subcontractors and ensure work progresses according to schedule. Support project documentation, daily logs, quality control, and site reporting. Assist with framing, punch list completion, and project closeout activities. Work closely with field leadership to solve problems and maintain project momentum.
Experience as an Assistant Superintendent on commercial or multifamily projects. Background in framing, punch-out, or wood-frame construction activities. Strong communication skills with the ability to hold subcontractors accountable professionally. Proven problem-solving ability and willingness to take ownership of issues. Organized with strong documentation, scheduling, and daily reporting habits.
$100,000 - $120,000 base salary + benefits. 3 weeks PTO and future bonus program opportunities. Consistent project backlog through a vertically integrated business model. Opportunity to grow into a lead Superintendent role as the company continues to expand.
