My client is hiring for a superintendent with experience in ground up construction for a position in the NoVa/DC metro area.
Job Description:
- Manage day-to-day on-site construction activities to ensure project schedules and budgets are met.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and project teams to maintain workflow efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment on-site.
- Monitor progress and quality of work, resolving issues as they arise to keep projects on track.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing updates on project status and milestones.
- Maintain accurate documentation, including daily logs, progress reports, and inspection records.
- Implement and enforce project plans, specifications, and company standards.
- Perform inspections to ensure work adheres to design specifications and quality expectations.
