Assist with project budgeting, scheduling, and reporting

Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and documentation

Coordinate subcontractors and project stakeholders

Support procurement and project closeout activities

Monitor project performance and milestone tracking

A successful Assistant Project Manager - Commercial Construction should have:

Experience supporting commercial construction projects

Strong organizational and communication skills

Understanding of project controls and documentation processes

General contractor experience preferred

Desire to grow into a Project Manager role
