Job Description
Support Project Managers with budgeting, procurement, and subcontract administration Assist with project scheduling, document control, and contract management Coordinate with owners, architects, engineers, and trade partners Track project costs, change orders, RFIs, and submittals throughout the project lifecycle Participate in site visits to monitor progress, quality, and project milestones
The Successful Applicant
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field strongly preferred 2-5 years of commercial construction experience with a general contractor Experience supporting ground-up or major renovation projects preferred Exposure to automotive, healthcare, higher education, hospitality, or commercial projects is highly desirable Strong organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills with a stable employment history
