Job Description
Manage all phases of construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.
Develop and maintain project budgets, schedules, and procurement plans.
Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, consultants, and internal project teams.
Lead client meetings with church leadership, school administrators, architects, and stakeholders.
Review contracts, change orders, RFIs, submittals, and project documentation.
Monitor project costs, forecasting, and cash flow.
Collaborate with Superintendents to ensure field operations align with project goals.
Identify and resolve project risks, schedule impacts, and budget concerns.
Maintain quality standards and ensure compliance with contract documents.
Foster strong client relationships and drive overall project success.

The Successful Applicant
A successful Project Manager should have:
5+ years of Project Management experience in commercial construction.
Ground Up Construction Experience (REQUIRED)
Experience with religious, educational, institutional, or community facility projects preferred.
Strong knowledge of construction contracts, budgeting, scheduling, and project controls.
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency with construction management software and scheduling tools.
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.
What's on Offer
Salary of $100,000 to $120,000.
