Construction Site Manager
Oversee construction projects from start to finish, ensuring timely and successful completion. Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to meet project goals and requirements. Monitor project progress and address any issues that arise. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards. Manage budgets, schedules, and resources effectively. Communicate regularly with clients and provide project updates. Coordinate with subcontractors and vendors to maintain project timelines. Identify opportunities for process improvements within the construction department.
The successful applicant:
- 2+ years of lead superintendent experience on commercial construction projects
- Track record of leading projects valued at $2M+
- Experience with new construction or addition projects
- Strong client-facing skillset
- Knowledge of all relevant safety guidelines and procedures
- Industrial experience preferred but not required
