Job Description
- Direct daily on-site construction operations from mobilization through closeout
- Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, inspectors, and project stakeholders
- Maintain project schedules and drive milestone completion
- Enforce safety standards and ensure compliance with all site requirements
- Monitor quality control and resolve field issues to maintain project progress

The Successful Applicant
- 5+ years of Superintendent experience in commercial construction, preferably with experience on structural industrial builds
- Proven ability to manage projects in multiple locations inside Texas or nearby states
- Strong knowledge of construction sequencing, scheduling, and safety practices
- Excellent leadership and communication skills with subcontractors and owners
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel extensively
