Job Description
The Superintendent - AOC Experience will be responsible for: Overseeing daily construction site activities and keep work aligned with project plans Coordinating contractors and site personnel to maintain progress across active work areas Monitoring work quality and address site issues as they arise Reviewing project schedules and organize daily priorities to keep construction activities on track Maintaining clear site records, including daily activity updates and project documentation Communicating construction progress, changes, and site needs with relevant project stakeholders Promoting safe work practices and maintain an orderly construction site
The Successful Applicant
A successful Superintendent - AOC Experience should have: Experience overseeing day-to-day construction site activities - AOC experience is REQUIRED Experience coordinating contractors and construction schedules Ability to monitor work quality and resolve practical site issues Ability to maintain accurate daily site records and project documentation Experience communicating construction updates with project stakeholders Knowledge of safe work practices on active construction sites
