Job Description

Manage ground-up construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. Lead project planning, budgeting, scheduling, procurement, and overall project execution. Coordinate closely with field operations teams, ownership groups, consultants, and subcontractors. Drive project performance related to cost, schedule, quality, and safety objectives. Oversee large and complex projects within multifamily, healthcare, higher education, commercial, and institutional sectors. Collaborate with executive leadership and operations teams to ensure successful project delivery. Monitor project financials, contract administration, change management, and risk mitigation efforts. Support client relationships and contribute to repeat business opportunities. Work from the Quincy office while overseeing projects throughout the region. Play a key role in supporting a robust and growing construction pipeline.

The Successful Applicant

Must-Have Qualifications:

Proven Project Management experience with a General Contractor or Construction Manager.
Extensive ground-up construction experience.
Experience managing large-scale construction projects.
Strong tenure and stability with reputable construction firms.
Demonstrated ability to manage project budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and client relationships.
Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

Wood-frame construction experience.
Project experience within multifamily, healthcare, and higher education markets.
Experience working for recognized regional or national construction firms.
Background delivering complex projects in excess of typical mid-market construction values.
