Job Description
- Oversee daily on-site construction activities and ensure work aligns with project plans and timelines.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and project team members to achieve project goals.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards at all times.
- Monitor progress and address any on-site challenges or delays promptly.
- Conduct regular site inspections and quality checks to maintain high standards of construction.
- Communicate project updates and progress to stakeholders and management.
- Maintain accurate project documentation, including schedules, reports, and logs.
- Work collaboratively to ensure client satisfaction and successful project delivery.

The Successful Applicant
- Experience with managing construction projects from start to finish.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and construction industry standards.
- Strong leadership and communication skills to effectively manage teams and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints and project plans.
- Problem-solving skills to address on-site challenges efficiently.
- Flexibility to travel as required by project demands.
