Job Description
Plan construction project activities, timelines, and key deliverables. Coordinate project work to keep tasks aligned with agreed plans. Track project progress and address issues that affect delivery. Communicate project updates with relevant stakeholders. Manage project schedules to support timely completion of work. Coordinate resources needed to complete construction activities. Maintain project records and document key decisions. Review completed work against project requirements.

The Successful Applicant
A successful Project Manager should have: Experience managing construction projects from planning through completion. Experience building and managing project schedules. Experience coordinating project activities and resources. Ability to track progress and resolve delivery issues. Ability to communicate clear project updates to stakeholders. Experience maintaining accurate project documentation.
