Multifamily Project Manager

Manage a $40M multifamily project from preconstruction through closeout
Lead project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and subcontractor coordination
Oversee client, consultant, and field team communication throughout delivery
Monitor project performance, cost controls, safety, and quality standards
Identify and resolve project risks to maintain schedule and budget objectives

* Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field * 10+ years of construction experience in a Project Manager capacity * Proven track record delivering multifamily projects from start to finish * Stable career history with strong tenure across previous employers * Experience working for a larger general contractor environment preferred
