Job Description
The Project Manager - Ground Up Multifamily - Arlington, VA will be responsible for:
- Manage ground-up construction projects from project kickoff through final completion.
- Oversee scheduling, budgeting, subcontractor coordination, quality control, and overall project execution.
- Serve as the primary leader on-site, ensuring milestones, safety standards, and client expectations are achieved.
- Collaborate with field teams, ownership groups, consultants, and trade partners throughout all phases of construction.
- Drive project performance while proactively identifying and resolving challenges that impact schedule or cost.
- Lead project reporting, forecasting, and communication efforts to deliver successful outcomes.
- Support large-scale multifamily and mixed-use developments across project locations in Chantilly, Arlington, and Baltimore.
- Maintain a consistent on-site presence, working five days per week at assigned project locations.

The Successful Applicant
A successful Project Manager - Ground Up Multifamily - Arlington, VA should have:
- Must currently hold the title of Project Manager.
- Proven experience managing construction projects from start to finish.
- Strong ground-up construction experience is required.
- Multifamily construction experience is highly preferred.
- Experience managing budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and project operations.
- Ability to lead cross-functional project teams and drive successful project delivery.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to work on-site full-time.
