Project Manager
With an office located in downtown Minneapolis, our client is looking for strong Project Managers who enjoy working with clients and really developing their personal skillset. This team is known for managing complex work from ground-up to TI with precision, and maintains a strong record of on-time, on-budget, and high-standard project delivery.
Responsibilities span a broad spectrum, covering all areas of project management, such as project planning, resource allocation, cost control, schedule management, quality management, contract administration, and safety management.
The successful applicant will:
- Have 5+ years of Project Management experience
- Possess a Construction Management or Engineering degree preferred
- Have supervisory and training experience
- Be proficient in MS Office, Primavera P6, and Procore preferred
- Demonstrate well organized and structured work habits
- Show a strong focus on detail and quality
- Direct, organize, and communicate with people of all levels and personalities
- Make effective and persuasive presentations on complex topics to associates, clients, management, or public groups
- Motivate and negotiate effectively
- Exhibit strong analytic skills, judgment, and reasoning
