Job Description
Lead field operations for a luxury retail interior construction project from mobilization through turnover. Manage subcontractors, schedules, site logistics, safety, and quality control. Coordinate with project management, design teams, and ownership representatives. Drive project milestones while maintaining high-end finish standards and client expectations. Oversee punch list completion, inspections, and project closeout activities.

The Successful Applicant
A successful Commercial Superintendent - Luxury Retail Interiors should have: Proven experience as a Commercial Superintendent with a general contractor. Background in luxury retail, hospitality, restaurant, or high-end interior projects. Strong understanding of finish-driven construction and schedule management. Ability to lead subcontractors and independently manage field operations. Stable career history with strong relationships throughout the South Florida market.
