Job Description
Manage construction project schedules and ensure deadlines are met. Oversee project budgets, making adjustments as necessary to align with financial goals. Coordinate with subcontractors to maintain workflow and resolve any issues. Prepare and present progress reports to leadership and clients. The Successful Applicant
A successful Project Manager should have:
- 5+ years of experience managing construction projects as a Project Manager.
- Proficiency in budget management and financial planning.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and industry standards in construction.
- Problem-solving skills with the ability to identify risks and implement solutions.
