Job Description
Lead day-to-day field operations from mobilisation through turnover. Coordinate subcontractors, schedules, site logistics, and inspections. Drive jobsite safety, quality, and production standards. Partner with project management teams to maintain project milestones. Manage punch list completion and project closeout activities.

The Successful Applicant
A successful Superintendent should have: Experience as a Superintendent with a commercial general contractor. Background in healthcare, banking, or commercial construction. Strong subcontractor management and scheduling experience. Ability to lead field teams and maintain project quality standards.
