Project Manager - Luxury Multifamily Development

Job Description
Lead project execution from preconstruction through final completion. Manage budgets, schedules, contracts, RFIs, submittals, and change orders. Coordinate closely with superintendents, consultants, and trade partners. Maintain client communication and ensure project expectations are met. Monitor financial performance, project milestones, and risk management activities.

The Successful Applicant
A successful Project Manager - Luxury Multifamily Development should have:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or similar.
- Experience managing luxury multifamily, mixed-use, or commercial projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction documentation and project controls.
- Proven ability to manage subcontractor and client relationships.
- Self-sufficient decision-maker with excellent organizational skills.
