Job Description
Running multiple projects from start to finish
Working with owners to facilitate general construction planning
Take initiative on all projects from conception to completion
Estimating, project management, bidding
Prepare budgets and schedules
Proactively drive solutions

The Successful Applicant
10-15 years of experience running projects from start to finish
Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field
Mid to large size project experience ($10M - $30M)
Collaborates well with a team
Motivated to grow
Hard working
What's on Offer
Salary of $115,000 to $130,000 depending on experience
Annual bonuses between 10% - 20%
