Job Description
- Manage luxury residential renovation projects from preconstruction through closeout.
- Oversee complete gut renovations of brownstones, townhomes, duplexes, and penthouses.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and project reporting.
- Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, architects, and design professionals.
- Monitor project progress, quality control, and site safety compliance.
- Manage client communication throughout the project lifecycle.
- Review construction drawings and ensure project execution aligns with specifications.
- Track change orders, project costs, and overall financial performance.
- Identify risks and resolve construction challenges proactively.
The Successful Applicant
- Minimum 5 years of project management experience within high-end residential construction.
- Demonstrated experience managing luxury gut renovation projects.
- Strong understanding of premium residential finishes and construction practices.
- Ability to lead multiple stakeholders and maintain strong client relationships.
- Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Experience managing projects within urban environments preferred.
