Project Manager - Commercial Construction - NH
The Project Manager - Commercial Construction - NH will:
- Lead full life cycle project management for commercial construction projects valued between $1M and $15M.
- Manage 2 to 3 projects concurrently while maintaining schedule, budget, quality, and client satisfaction.
- Take ownership of projects following handoff from the estimating team through final completion.
- Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, field teams, and project stakeholders.
- Track project budgets, contracts, change orders, and reporting activities.
- Utilise Procore and Microsoft Office to manage project documentation and communication.
- Collaborate directly with senior leadership and project teams to ensure successful project delivery.
- Travel to project sites throughout New Hampshire, Northern Massachusetts, and Southern Maine.
A successful Project Manager - Commercial Construction should have:
- 10+ years of construction management experience.
- Proven project management experience on commercial construction projects.
- Experience managing projects valued up to $15M.
- Ability to oversee multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong understanding of ground-up construction and renovation projects.
- Proficiency with Procore and Microsoft Office.
- Ability to work onsite and travel throughout the project region.
- Ideally located within 45 minutes of Portsmouth, NH.
