Job Description
Manage multifamily renovation projects including lobbies, amenity spaces, pool decks, and exterior improvements. Oversee projects from design development through construction and closeout. Coordinate architects, consultants, contractors, ownership, and local government agencies. Lead project meetings, review plans, monitor schedules, and track budgets and project performance. Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining quality, schedule, and financial objectives.

The Successful Applicant
* 5+ years of Project Management experience with a contractor or owner/developer * Multifamily renovation experience involving amenity, lobby, and exterior scopes * Experience with ground-up commercial or multifamily construction projects * Proficiency with Procore, Microsoft Project, Excel, Word, Bluebeam, and related construction software * Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or similar field; Spanish proficiency preferred
