Estimator
The Estimator will report to preconstruction leadership and play a critical role in supporting project pursuits, budget development, and overall preconstruction success.
- Prepare conceptual, schematic, design development, and hard bid estimates.
- Analyze drawings, specifications, and bid documents to determine project scope and pricing.
- Perform detailed quantity takeoffs across all construction trades.
- Solicit, evaluate, and level subcontractor and supplier proposals.
- Develop comprehensive budgets and cost analyses for commercial construction projects.
- Identify value engineering opportunities and alternative construction solutions.
- Support bid submissions and project turnover to operations teams.

For the Estimator role we are seeking:
- 3+ years of estimating experience with a commercial General Contractor.
- Experience estimating ground-up and renovation commercial construction projects.
- Strong understanding of construction methods, building systems, and materials.
- Proven ability to prepare detailed quantity takeoffs and cost estimates.
- Experience reviewing plans, specifications, and contract documents.
- Proficiency with estimating software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple bids and deadlines simultaneously.
