Job Description

Oversee all daily jobsite operations for commercial construction projects. Manage subcontractors, vendors, and site personnel. Ensure projects remain on schedule and meet quality expectations. Enforce safety standards and maintain OSHA compliance. Coordinate inspections, punch lists, and project closeout activities. Conduct regular site meetings and progress reporting. Identify and resolve field issues proactively. Maintain project documentation and daily logs.

The Successful Applicant

5+ years of Superintendent experience in commercial construction. Proven track record of successfully delivering construction projects. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to coordinate multiple trades and maintain project schedules. Hands-on problem solver with a quality-focused mindset.
