Job Description
Assist in managing construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget. Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and internal teams to maintain project progress. Monitor project schedules and budgets, addressing any discrepancies promptly. Prepare and review project documentation, including contracts and reports. Support the Project Manager in resolving on-site issues and ensuring quality standards are met. Communicate updates to stakeholders and address their concerns effectively. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies. Track and report project milestones and progress.

The Successful Applicant
A successful Rochester Assistant Project Manager should have: Experience with construction project coordination in the property industry. Medical experience is a plus. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Effective communication and problem-solving abilities. Familiarity with construction documentation and processes. Proficiency with project management tools and software. A commitment to maintaining safety and quality standards. A valid driver's license for site visits.
