Job Description
Manage multifamily construction projects from kickoff through turnover. Lead project budgets, contract administration, and cost control. Coordinate field teams, subcontractors, consultants, and owners. Utilize Procore to track project performance and documentation. Ensure schedule, quality, and safety objectives are consistently achieved.
The Successful Applicant
5+ years of Project Management experience with a general contractor. Strong multifamily construction background required. Experience with concrete structures and Type III/Type V wood-frame projects. Proficiency with Procore and construction management software. Demonstrated career stability and long-term tenure with employers.

Salary: $140,000 - $170,000 base salary + bonus. Annual bonus opportunity of 15-20%. Vehicle allowance, healthcare, PTO, and 401(k) match up to 8%. Opportunity to lead projects ranging from $50MM to $1.5B+.
