Construction Project Manager
Lead daily field operations from mobilization through project closeout. Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, inspections, and site logistics. Maintain project schedules while ensuring quality and safety standards. Manage work in occupied and unoccupied renovation environments. Foster strong communication with clients, project teams, and trade partners.
Salary: $150,000-$180,000 base (flexibility for exceptional candidates) plus 10-15% bonus potential. Unlimited PTO, 401(k) contribution, health benefits, and phone allowance.
