Job Description
Manage day-to-day field operations on commercial construction projects. Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, inspections, and project schedules. Ensure compliance with NYC DOB regulations, site safety requirements, and company standards. Drive project milestones while maintaining quality, budget, and schedule objectives. Conduct site meetings and communicate progress with project stakeholders. Review drawings, identify issues, and implement solutions in the field. Maintain accurate project documentation, reports, and daily logs. Foster a safe and productive jobsite culture.

The Successful Applicant
A successful Superintendent should have: Proven experience as a Superintendent with a Commercial General Contractor. Strong knowledge of NYC DOB regulations, permitting, inspections, and code compliance. Experience managing commercial interiors, renovations, and construction projects in NYC. Ability to coordinate multiple trades and maintain project schedules. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. OSHA certification and relevant NYC site safety credentials preferred. Hands-on, detail-oriented, and capable of successfully managing fast-paced projects.
