Manage commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout

Develop and maintain project budgets, schedules, and forecasts

Coordinate subcontractors, consultants, and client stakeholders

Monitor project costs, contracts, change orders, and documentation

Ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, and within budget

A successful Project Manager - South Florida Commercial Construction should have:

Experience managing ground-up and/or major renovation projects

Background in retail, healthcare, industrial, mixed-use, or commercial construction

Strong scheduling and subcontractor management skills

Experience working for a general contractor required

South Florida construction market experience preferred

Permanent employment contract.

Salary of USD 120,000 to USD 130,000.
