Job Description
- Oversee daily construction site activities and track progress against project schedules.
- Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and on-site crews to maintain smooth project delivery.
- Review project plans and specifications to guide construction work.
- Monitor work quality and address issues that could affect project requirements.
- Maintain a safe job site and reinforce site safety practices with project teams.
- Communicate project updates, site needs, and schedule changes with construction stakeholders.
- Coordinate material deliveries and site logistics to keep work moving.
- Document site activity, progress, and issues for project records.
The Successful Applicant
- Oversee day-to-day construction activities for a courthouse renovation project in Barnstable, MA
- Coordinate and manage subcontractors, vendors, and field personnel to maintain project schedules
- Ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with project specifications
- Monitor quality control across roofing, masonry, carpentry, window replacement, and exterior envelope work
- Collaborate with project management and ownership teams to address project challenges and maintain progress
- Conduct regular site inspections and ensure compliance with applicable regulations and standards
- Manage site logistics, documentation, and communication throughout the project lifecycle
- Utilize Procore and Microsoft Office tools for project tracking, reporting, and coordination
