As a Retail Superintendent | Manhattan, NY you will:
- Manage all on-site retail construction activities
- Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and building management
- Maintain project schedules and milestone deadlines
- Ensure quality control and brand standards are met
- Enforce site safety and OSHA compliance
- Conduct progress meetings and provide project updates
- Resolve field issues and maintain project momentum

A successful Retail Superintendent | Manhattan, NY should have:
- 5+ years of Superintendent experience

- Strong understanding of Manhattan construction logistics

- OSHA 30 certification preferred
