Project Manager
Manage a ground-up 8-story, 110-unit multifamily construction project. Oversee project budgets, cost control, forecasting, and reporting. Develop and maintain project schedules to ensure key milestones are achieved. Coordinate subcontractors, consultants, and internal project teams. Serve as the primary client contact and maintain strong stakeholder relationships.
The successful applicant will have 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager with a General Contractor. Ground-up multifamily construction experience is required. Experience managing projects valued at $20M+ preferred. Strong budgeting, cost control, and scheduling expertise. Proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project, or similar construction software.
