Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Assist the Superintendent with day-to-day field operations on ground-up multifamily construction projects.
Coordinate and oversee subcontractor activities to ensure work is completed safely, on schedule, and to quality standards.
Support project scheduling, sequencing, and short-term planning efforts.
Conduct daily site walks and monitor progress against project milestones.
Ensure compliance with OSHA and company safety requirements.
Participate in inspections and quality control processes throughout construction.
Help manage project documentation, daily reports, and site logs.
Coordinate material deliveries and site logistics.
Work closely with project management teams, consultants, and trade partners to resolve field issues efficiently.
Support project closeout activities, punch lists, and turnover processes.

3-5+ years of construction experience as an Assistant Superintendent, Field Engineer, or similar field-focused role.
Experience on ground-up multifamily, podium, or large-scale wood-frame residential projects preferred.
Strong understanding of construction means and methods, sequencing, and site operations.
Ability to coordinate multiple subcontractors in a fast-paced project environment.
Knowledge of construction safety standards and best practices.
Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency with construction management software and daily reporting tools is advantageous.
Motivated individual looking to develop into a lead Superintendent role.
