Job Description
Assist in managing construction projects from initiation to completion. Collaborate with project managers to ensure project timelines and budgets are met. Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders. Maintain project documentation and track progress. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and project specifications. Support in resolving project challenges and issues. Conduct site visits to monitor project status and quality control. Prepare regular project reports for management review.

The Successful Applicant
A successful Construction Assistant Project Manager should have: A background in construction or project management within the property industry. Experience working on commercial and or multifamily construction projects Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Familiarity with construction processes, safety standards, and regulations. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. Problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Proficiency in project management software or tools. A valid driver's license for site visits.
