Job Description
Lead all field operations from mobilization through project completion. Manage subcontractors, site logistics, safety, quality, and schedule performance. Coordinate daily with project managers, owners, architects, and trade partners. Drive project milestones across healthcare, multifamily, education, hospitality, and commercial projects. Maintain documentation, resolve field issues, and ensure successful project delivery.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Superintendent should have:
- 5+ years of Superintendent experience with a general contractor
- Experience managing commercial, institutional, healthcare, multifamily, or mixed-use projects
- Strong guidance, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Stable employment history and strong reputation within the local construction market
- Collaborative, team-first approach with a commitment to safety and quality
What's On Offer
