Lead High-Rise Condo Construction Project
Lead all onsite construction activities for a 32-story luxury high-rise condominium project. Develop and manage project schedules in partnership with the Project Manager and Project Executive. Coordinate manpower, equipment, subcontractors, and site logistics to maintain production goals. Identify and execute pre-mobilization activities to ensure a successful project start-up. Maintain the highest standards of safety, quality control, and field operations management.

The successful applicant will have 8+ years of construction industry experience with a general contractor. Proven experience leading high-rise residential or multifamily projects is required. Strong knowledge of scheduling, contract administration, manpower planning, and field operations is necessary. Experience managing luxury condominium or multifamily tower construction projects is preferred. Bilingual English/Spanish is preferred.
