Job Description

Manage education, healthcare, light industrial, and multifamily construction projects
Lead project planning, budgeting, scheduling, and procurement activities
Coordinate subcontractors, consultants, and client stakeholders
Monitor project costs and maintain profitability targets
Review contracts, change orders, and project documentation
Ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and within budget
Develop and maintain strong client relationships to support repeat business

The Successful Applicant

5+ years of Project Management experience within commercial construction
Experience managing projects in education, healthcare, multifamily, or industrial sectors
Strong knowledge of budgeting, scheduling, and construction operations
Proficiency with project management software such as Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Project, or similar platforms
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred
