Job Description
The Superintendent will have the following:
- Support the onsite execution of large-scale ground-up multifamily construction projects.
- Partner with senior site leadership to maintain project schedules, quality standards, and safety compliance.
- Coordinate and oversee subcontractor activities throughout the construction lifecycle.
- Monitor daily field operations and assist in resolving construction challenges.
- Help drive projects to successful completion while maintaining client and stakeholder expectations.
- Contribute to the delivery of high-quality wood-frame multifamily communities.
The Successful Applicant
The successful Superintendent will have the following:
- Experience serving as a #2 Superintendent on commercial construction projects.
- Proven background delivering large-scale ground-up multifamily developments.
- Experience with wood-frame multifamily construction.
- Strong field coordination and subcontractor management skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively within an established project leadership team.
- Commitment to safety, quality, and schedule performance.
