Job Description

Manage daily on-site construction activities to ensure progress aligns with project schedules. Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to maintain workflow efficiency. Monitor project compliance with safety regulations and quality standards. Conduct regular site inspections to assess progress and address potential issues. Communicate updates and progress to stakeholders effectively. Ensure proper documentation and record-keeping for all site activities. Resolve any on-site conflicts or challenges that may arise during construction. Support project completion by ensuring final inspections and punch lists are addressed.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Superintendent - Construction - Manhattan should have: Experience managing construction projects within the property industry. Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety standards, and quality control. Excellent leadership and communication skills to manage on-site teams effectively.
