Job Description
Lead all aspects of ground-up commercial construction projects. Oversee project financials, budgets, forecasting, and cost control. Manage schedules, procurement, subcontractors, and project execution. Build and maintain strong relationships with owners, architects, and project stakeholders. Partner with field leadership to ensure quality, safety, and schedule objectives are achieved. Mentor Project Managers, Assistant Project Managers, and Project Engineers. Drive successful project delivery while maintaining profitability and client satisfaction.

The Successful Applicant
10+ years of experience with a commercial General Contractor. Proven success managing ground-up commercial projects valued at $20M+. Experience in sectors such as: Corporate Office, Higher Education, K-12, Healthcare, Hospitality, Retail, Mixed-Use, Commercial/Industrial. Strong leadership, financial management, and client-facing skills. Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.
