Job Description
Manage punch list activities for luxury multifamily residential units and common areas. Coordinate subcontractors to ensure timely completion of outstanding work. Support the Lead Superintendent with daily field operations and project execution. Track progress, quality, and closeout activities using construction management software. Maintain safety, scheduling, and quality standards throughout project delivery.
The Successful Applicant
5-10+ years of construction experience, ideally in multifamily projects. Background in mid-rise or high-rise apartments, condominiums, or residential communities. Experience managing punch list, closeout, or turnover activities. Proficiency with Procore, Microsoft Excel, MS Project, or Primavera. Experience with a general contractor or relevant subcontractor highly preferred.

$95,000-$125,000 base salary + performance bonus.
