Job Description

Collaborate cross functionally to develop prints, BOMs, routings, and critical control points
Create and review 2D or 3D models of tooling used in manufacturing of product
Engage with quality to help lead APQP processes
Support capacity analysis out on the floor
Troubleshoot and correct tooling issues
Lead junior team members to reduce waste, better operate machinery/processes, and improve performance
Support quality in Root cause analysis and corrective action resolution
Other duties as assigned

The Successful Applicant

Engineering or technical degree preferred
10+ years of relevant experience in Lieu of degree
2+ years of relevant experience with a technical degree
Experience with Tooling - design, troubleshooting, etc
Experience with Root Cause Analysis and Corrective Actions
Knowledge of the APQP process
Ability to lead Lean/CI projects, both large and small scale
Knowledge and ability to use CAD software
