Job Description
Lead commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. Manage project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation. Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and internal project teams. Maintain strong client communication and stakeholder engagement. Oversee project documentation, contracts, and change orders. Ensure compliance with quality and safety standards. Drive projects to successful completion on time and within budget.

The Successful Applicant
Proven commercial construction project management experience. Strong leadership and relationship-building capabilities. Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Experience working directly with owners, architects, and subcontractors.
