Commercial Project Manager
Reporting into senior leadership, the Commercial Project Manager will be responsible for managing projects throughout the full lifecycle while ensuring quality, schedule, and budget objectives are achieved.
- Lead commercial construction projects from initiation through final closeout
- Manage project budgets, forecasting, and cost control activities
- Develop and maintain project schedules to ensure successful delivery
- Coordinate and oversee subcontractors, consultants, and project partners
- Manage change orders and mitigate project risks proactively
- Serve as the primary point of contact for owners and key stakeholders
- Ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards

For the Commercial Project Manager we are seeking:
- Proven experience delivering commercial construction projects
- Strong understanding of project budgeting, cost controls, and financial reporting
- Experience managing schedules, subcontractors, procurement, and project execution
- Demonstrated success handling owner communications and stakeholder management
- Knowledge of contract administration and change order management
- Experience with public-sector projects is highly preferred
- Exposure to aviation, transportation, government, or financial institution projects is advantageous
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Assistant Project Managers with a proven track record and readiness to step into a Project Manager role are encouraged to apply
