Job Description

Oversee daily construction site activities and track progress against project plans. Coordinate subcontractors and site crews to keep work sequenced and on schedule. Review site conditions and address construction issues as they arise. Monitor work quality and confirm completed activities align with project requirements. Maintain clear communication with project stakeholders on site progress and priorities. Coordinate delivery and use of materials needed for planned construction work. Keep accurate site records, including daily activity updates and progress notes.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Superintendent - Construction - Queens should have:
